About Us
Summit Christian Academy (SCA) is a Christ-centered, Pre-K through 12th grade school operated as a ministry of Summit Baptist Bible Church. Summit Christian Academy currently serves over 140 students from over 25 different local churches. The elementary (Pre-K - Grade 6) and secondary (Grades 7 - 12) campus are located in Clarks Summit, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, a community just north of Scranton and within two hours of New York and Philadelphia. The elementary campus is housed within Summit Baptist Bible Church, near the heart of Clarks Summit, while the Secondary Campus is just a few miles away on fifteen beautiful acres.
God has established Summit Christian Academy for the purpose of impacting lives for eternity through biblically-based and Christ-centered education.
Summit Christian Academy offers a safe, nurturing environment where our students realize their God-given potential with which to impact the world.
